Each room will be set up with an LCD projector, microphone, podium, and classroom seating for attendees. (Some rooms may be set theatre style in whole or in part.)
Internet connection is not assured, though we hope to arrange it with the facility for each speaking room.
Plan to bring your laptop and present from your equipment.

Presentations will be distributed to attendees and others on a conference proceedings. YOU NEED TO SEND YOUR FILES TO BRIGHT PATH 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CONFERENCE. If you are a speaker, and are unsure you can meet the proceedings deadline, please email Kay Whatley (Ethier).
Bring with you any paper copies you wish to hand out (not required nor recommended).
Your presentation may be in whatever format you like, though we do recommend that you provide a corresponding PDF in case some CD users do not have the software tools you use for your presentation.
Your presentation is due to the conference coordinator (Kay Whatley (Ethier)) no later than the scheduled submission date (30 days before conference start); if it is not provided by that time it may not be included on the proceedings CD and your presentation may be removed from the schedule.
If you wish to have an editor or another speaker review your presentation in advance, please submit it to the conference coordinator along with your request in advance of the submission date.
Don't sweat it if your presentation is short and you know you will be ending a bit early; try very hard not to go too long.
Attend the entire three-day conference and network, plus answer follow-up questions from attendees.
Speakers attend the conference at no charge, and receive a free pass that they may give to a colleague or client. (Your pass recipient may register using your name as the discount code; we reserve the right to approve or deny the registration and restrict entry to the conference.
